New Year New Woman! Come on Ladies its time for us to get our mind right and to focus on ourselves. Whats wrong with being selfish? And who lied and said its selfish for us to take care of ourselves first? I'm not talking about neglecting family and friends I'm talking about putting ourselves first! The question is why is it so hard? Talk to me!

I think that it is hard for some of us to pamper ourselves is because most women from a little girl have watch our mother by example show that mothers are the caregiver not the taker. Alot of times i have said that i am going to do this or that for myself but then turn around and do something else either for the house or my son that somehow felt more imprortant that something that i've really been thinking about for myself.
